I am a bit rusty when it comes to Photoshop, but here are a couple of LauncherPro docks. The blue one looks better when you can see the transparency on the phone. Let me know what you think.

Like them both, but they don't really mesh with my current greyscale icons. Blur icons might look good with them though.

Edit: The red one looks very nice with text icons and a red case.

i like the red one is there a way you can make the border a transparent black?

Let me know if this will work for you, the whole thing is transparent, and I added a black overlay to the chrome bezel area. If the black is more transparent it will likely look washed out. I could make it solid if you'd like...
