Red Eye and Photo Problems

I have a DX, stock 2.2.1 and I have been noticing an obnoxious amount of red eye in pictures I've been taking in low light. Is anyone else having this problem? I am using auto-flash and auto-exposure. My pictures have also been coming out grainy...any suggestions?

I also had that issue and found that it was reduced considerably by using the portrait shooting mode rather than the auto one. I also recommend trying Camera 360. It's free in the market and has a ton of nice effects.

Droid X camera sucks for taking pics of people.
It is great for still life.
