LCD Density Mod and the Car Dock

Greetings everyone. I've lurked a while, but nothing has irked me enough to join and post in the "search for help."

Well, this has.

First, I have a Droid X running 2.2 (2.3.15 OTA.)

Second, I have a Car Dock.

Third, I have the LCD Density mod (described http://forum.droid-life.com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=132) and it's causing me issues.

With the LCD Density changed to 180, I can't make or receive phone calls with my X in the car dock. But having it set to 240 drives me INSANE. I can't stand the lack of screen real estate and the utter hugeness of the icons. It makes me feel like I'm running a Windows machine on 800x600. Bleck. (EDIT: 200 and 220 work, but they're still not 180.)

I did try to search to see if anything pops up. I found nothing. I am open to any suggestion that isn't one of the following:

Don't use the car dock.
Suffer the 240/220/200 density.
Don't take calls when using the car dock.
