Dinc loads too much after the most recent update.

My dinc goes to the HTC screen followed by a pop up box which says loading. does this a lot and is really pissing me off. It will usually happen when i click on a icon or swipe to the next screen. It doesnt always happen but enough to get on my nerves. Also im having a problem with updating my apps. I get a message saying not enough space on my phone. Which I do because I have gigs of space free. This started happening after I did the latest update. My phones not in service so im thinking it was due to updating through wifi. Can someone please help me thanks in advance.

Oh and not rooted. Stock phone.

Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->All and look for an abnormally large app (more than 10-15 MB). Go into it and tap Clear Data. Should solve your space issue. As far as your screen re-draws, that's usually attributed to low memory, so close out apps when you're done. Factory reset would solve it for you too of course..
