[Theme] REVOlution for Droid X Froyo 2.2 (8/26/2010)

Postby Fabolous » Tue Aug 31, 2010 9:57 pm

This is a port of Manup456's REVOlution for the Motorola Droid X. It is meant to be run on deodexed Froyo Android 2.2.

If you are running Froyo, but not deodexed, consult these threads:

[HOW-TO] Manually deodex your phone. - Droid X Releases - AllDroid Public Board - [HOW-TO] Manually deodex your phone. - Droid X Releases - AllDroid Public Board - AllDroid.org > Home

Droid-X Clockwork Recovery image. Deodexed Rooted, Froyo'd - Droid X Releases - AllDroid Public Board - Droid-X Clockwork Recovery image. Deodexed Rooted, Froyo'd - Droid X Releases - AllDroid Public Board - AllDroid.org > Home

DISCLAIMER: I am not responsible for anything that may go wrong in this process - Though with the SBF file now, it is almost impossible to brick a Droid X.

Thanks!

And in case anyone was wondering, this is perfectly compatible with FlyX :)

Sure is. And it also works with FlyX with Tranquility installed over top of that.

Anyone know a similar looking theme for Droid 1? I might have tried to install this on my Droid with less than ideal results. (Thank you ClockworkMod Recovery!) I want a nice looking black status bar with a white clock and good looking icons. Is that so much to ask? (Already rooted and deodexed, just fyi.)

I have this theme installed, but for some reason, the lockscreen is still the 2.2 stock one. Anyone else have this issue? Or have any suggestions for fixing it?
Also, I've not been able to install the themed FB app; every time I try, it says "Error parsing the package".
Finally, if anyone has a transparent power widget that does not cost $$, that'd be sweet. Thanks.

Also, I came from 928Black Glass (just a little too busy for my tastes), and the screen that shows when someone is calling me is unchanged from that theme. It'd be great to see that go along with the REVOlution theme, too!
