Yea for whatever reason your corporate sync is now your admin. If you remove and reinstall it; it does keep them as your admin, but you can change your settings again!

i read that on the moto forums and it worked...has to remove the corporate sync, set the pattern lock, then re-add the corporate sync.

That site is fantastic. I did notice that after watching ESPN for a while, when I tried to load another page, it would crash the browser. :o Any thoughts?

Any other websites of the same kind would be GREATLY appreciated!

Many thanks....

Not sure on the loading issue. However watching channels has been great so far.Sometimes ill notice there will be some issues loading, even on my home cpu but for the most part its pretty good.On Sundays they'll have multiple channels running the same NFL game incase theres loading issues with a certain feed.Cant complain for free though.

P.S. Make sure you make it a bookmark.

Anyone know how to disable the new screen lock? I prefer to use the pattern lock, but I can't find a setting to disable the screen lock since the update.

I had just finished going back to 2.1 last night from the leaked 2.2 when I noticed that the OTA update was ready. It was a pain to re setup everything, but I was able to get the OTA update with NO problems at all. I would recommend it. And extra thanks to Droid Life for explaining how to get back to stock 2.1 from rooted leaked 2.2

One thing in 2.2 that I have noticed still seems to be funky is the battery usage stats still force close most of the time.

I'm having the same problem as LFilson13. I have always used the pattern lock for lock screen but since the update last night to 2.2 I have to use the default lock screen and then my pattern lock screen to unlock my phone. There is no option in location and security that lets me disable the default lock screen. I’m guessing this is a bug, and a pretty shitty one at that. :?

Anyone else?

got mine updated this morning. It took about 5 minutes to download, maybe a bit more, and then about 5 minutes to unpack.

Everything seems great, except for the market. It is working, but any app I download or update it shows 'installing' or 'updating' and will not stop showing that. Yet the things install just fine. After a reboot those statuses go away in market.

Anyone else see this?

Did official ota update last night after doing 2.1 spf recovery bringing me to a non root stock status. Then after 2.2 ota updated and showed the new system version and base band phone was a little sluggish and so I did a battery pull and still was sluggish not real snappy. So I did another 2.1 spf recovery and although it said sw complete successfully it immediately went into a bootloader text with error message. I have have tried everything thing I can think of to get it out of this bootloader state and it acts like it is going to boot past and then just errors out. Does anyone have any suggestion getting my DX un-bricked at this point.. Is there a spf 2.2 leak out yet or what can I do?? :(

My suggestion to everyone else if you have rooted and choose to go a spf to get ota 2.2 DO NOT try and spf back to 2.1 just so you can get root, instead follow the 2.2 root methods. Thats just my two cents :| I guess I'm learning the hard way

So I have a quick question... I am sure it has been answered a million times, and maybe I am nukeing it... but, I have the leaked 2.2, I love it, and have mod'd the heck out of it (not rooted though). If I go back to 2.1 as explained, then update back to 2.2 officially, will all my apps follow or will they be lost and need re-downloaded/purchased?

I would love to get all of your oppinions.... Thanks! Love this site! Love my Droid X.

All the paid apps are tied to your google account, so you should be good there. I'm not sure what the differences from the leaked 2.2 are. If you like how it its now, I'd say stick with it for the time being.
