Looking for a combined/Unified text/IM inbox app

Does anyone know of a good combined messaging/IM app? I.e. All of your SMS, Gtalk, FaceBook, G+ messages come into one inbox and show as one continued conversation.

Windows Phone is really good with this and it is really nice being able to view all these messages in one messaging app and keep all the conversations with one person that is IM client agnostic.
