Lost Original Rooted Backup

I made a backup of my verizon Rom after I rooted it and before I installed a custom Rom. Now I seemed to have lost the backup. Can I use someone elses droid x backup to restore my phone to its original verizon rom??

As far as feasability... yeah. Finding one could be the problem. Like in my case my backup includes my emails and settings, therefore I wouldn't want someone I don't know really well using it.

Thanks for the reply. I'm getting it from a friend of mine and I plan on doing a factory restore on it once the verizon backup is restored.
